I have met another blogger from the UK named Ian Nicholls. Ian is a graphic artist and has a site and blog called MASKETEERS. He also has a Facebook page where he posts free printable masks. His art has a refreshingly different look. Mostly what I’ve seen so far is animal faces that are clear and engaging for children. He does have other clip art for kids, too. So, he is beginning to sell clip art. Here is a free PDF with three games using Ian’s art (photos just below).

A nice way to introduce very young children to letters is by using the Montessori method. This book has textured letters and is a good beginning.
